But at PurElements Carpet Cleaning Specialist, we know it is not enough just to use hot water extraction. That is why we perform a six-step process to get you the best clean possible that we stand behind. We also use one of the best truck mounts in the industry, a Prochem Everest, which on average is 9 times stronger than the typical truck mount. We use background checked and drug tested technicians. All of our products are green and residue free – so they are safe for the environment and your pets.

Did you know that cleaning your carpets at a high PSI is not recommended? Although it is thought that the higher the water pressure, the better the clean; it simply is not the truth. What it could do is push the stain down into your pad causing the stain to re-rise once it’s dry. That is why it is recommended at a lower pressure, but going over it multiple times, therefore, extracting the stain.

At PurElements Carpet Cleaning Specialist we guarantee our work and perform a six-step process to clean your carpets.
01 Preparing
we pre-call all customers on our way to their house. We show up ready to work in uniform and with shoe covers on. We then do a walk through, point out any areas of concern and give you up front pricing.
02 Set-up
we put up corner guards to help protect your corners, pre-spray all carpet, adding a little extra on those heavy spots, then pull in solution hose and vacuum hose.
03 Agitation
we allow pre-spray to dwell and then agitate it to help break up heavy traffic zones or tough spots.
04 Cleaning
we perform our four step pull with low moisture water.
05 Dry Stroke
we dry stoke it to help get the best dry time. Typical dry time is 4-6 hours.
06 Final walk through
after we finish cleaning, we do a final walk through with the customer because your opinion is the most important and we want to make sure we are on the same page.
