Step 1- Preparing- putting on booties and using corner guards to protect your house.
We will also do a thorough walk-through and provide
upfront pricing.
Step 2- Pre-spraying with an Alkaline Base pre-spray that is soap-free, detergent-free,
odor-free and non-toxic for kids and pets. Most stains are acid based, so by hitting it
with
an alkaline it breaks it down.
Step 3- A light agitation, which about 90% of the companies in Utah do not do which
is
a shame because it gets a 10% deeper clean.
Step 4- True Hot Water extraction, over 230 degrees. We use purified water which
allows
us to completely rinse the carpet leaving it residue free. We also use a power
wand that is
20 times more effective than what most companies use.
Step 5- We do a dry stroke after we are done cleaning which helps to get a faster dry time. Our normal dry time is typically 3-6 hours.
Step 6- The technician will do a post walk thru to make sure everything is up to your standard.
